RETURNS ARE PROCESSED THROUGH OUR PORTAL, PLEASE EMAIL US AT THE FOLLOWING LINK TO INITIATE A RETURN  HERE. RETURNS MUST BE INITIATED THROUGH THE LINK.

 WE ACCEPT RETURNS ON ALL FULL-PRICED PURSES WITHIN 7 CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVED IT. PRODUCT MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS SHIPPED TO RECEIVE A REFUND. SHIPPING FEES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR TOTAL COST, WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A SHIPPING LABEL.

ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR ITEM, WE WILL INSPECT IT AND NOTIFY YOU THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURNED ITEM. IF YOUR RETURN IS APPROVED, WE WILL INITIATE A REFUND TO YOUR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. TIMING ON YOUR CREDIT WILL DEPEND ON YOUR CARD ISSUER’S POLICY. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE ONLY AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
